Bill Domiano is a multimedia host, producer, and the driving force behind Build the Scene, a platform dedicated to promoting independent music, unsigned artists, and the people who keep the music scene alive. Since 1996, Bill has championed Western Pennsylvania’s music community, using radio, podcasting, television, and digital media to connect artists with new audiences.

Bill hosts several shows, including The Pennsylvania Rock Show, a long-running program featuring interviews and music from the independent rock scene; 3 Questions and a Song, which introduces listeners to artists through conversations and music; PA Rock Show: One Question, a quick-hit interview series that explores what makes each artist unique; PA Rock Show Flashback, which revisits music and memories from the Pennsylvania Rock Show archives while connecting the past to today’s music scene; and Build the Scene Radio, extending his mission of bringing independent music to a broader audience.

Through his work across multiple media platforms, Bill continues to shine a spotlight on emerging talent, celebrate established independent artists, and strengthen the connections between musicians and fans. His mission is simple: to give independent music a voice, help artists get discovered, and keep the heart of the music scene beating strong.
