Calliope Presents Adam Monaco @ The Postwar Gallery
Join Calliope & friends for some great music amidst Postwar Gallery’s rich collection of remarkable midcentury art. Enjoy a complimentary glass of wine or NA drink, which is included in your ticket. Doors open/festivities begin at 6 PM.
ADAM MONACO’S music is lush, colorful, and melodic, and takes root deep in the complex, beautiful stories that connect humanity. His lyrics resonate like a conversation with an old friend: personal, profound, engaged, and thought-provoking. His authentic performances showcase his ability to evoke the full range and complexity of human emotions; in one musical moment, he can bring audiences to tears, then lift them back up with witty banter and a relatable anecdote.
With his heartfelt Folk and nostalgic Americana aesthetic, Adam has a passion for connecting with his audience, and to achieve his mission, he has toured nationally, performing at humble, personal events such as house concerts as well as large venues and everything in between. He has shared bills with the likes of Blondie, The Wailers, and bluegrass phenom Michael Daves. Read more here.
With Opening Musicians: Van Gilder.
